A few weeks ago I went with my good friends and their two kids to get ice cream.
It must have been the sugar, because these normally quiet
children turned in to little hams as soon as I pulled out the camera.

DeleteI've read it's an urban myth that sugar makes people go funny but it have the same effect on me. It didn't as a kid and I suspect it was because I ate more sugar (candies, etc. even more fruits) than now so I was sort of habituated. Now if I eat anything high in sugar I get somewhat-to-really excited and want to run/dance/start fidgetting. Though it could be a placebo and I didn't as a kid because I never heard that idea? (damn, that post makes me think!)

It could very well be a placebo effect, but it sure does make me a little hyper sometimes :)
