i want, i need...

I love glass bottles and jars. I can't seem to get enough. I lovelovelove these 32 oz. and 8 oz. milk bottles from Three Potato Four. For every bottle sold they are graciously donating a dollar to the Action Against Hunger charity. How nice is that? They're officially added to my never ending mental wish list.

I also want this, which would give me multiple typewriters... but who's counting?

fancy feets

why do i like these shoes so much? they're covered in rhinestones and not something i would typically wear... but i just like them. i think they remind me of my mom as a young woman for some reason. i see them as being very glam-gypsy.

big, big news

i simply can't hide the fact that i'm ecstatic about sex and the city coming out next week. june vogue features gorgeous photos of 'carrie' and 'big' traipsing around new york city, with the theme being 'what if carrie and big were honeymooning in the big apple?' the photographs by annie leibovitz are gorgeous, of course... but what else are we to expect?

nerd confession #1

have i mentioned that i'm a comic book fan?

my nerdy catholic school tendencies never really subsided and what's left is a grown woman who gets giddy over the release of a comic book based movie. with that said, i must admit that sometimes these movies fail my expectations. however, iron man rocked my socks. i loved it. i know it came out weeks ago, but whatever.

ode to a white dress

i love dresses.
i wear them at least 3-4 times a week and i'm always trying to wear them more often, and i'll take any excuse to dress up. i love the look of clean, crisp white dress in the spring and summer.

oh domino

i'm loving this eclectic living room featured in domino. the unique wooden chairs and low hanging chandelier bring more depth to the room and i just love the oversized ottoman/coffee table thing. love it!
