you can make this stellar pizza

(roma tomato pizza with feta cheese & roasted red pepper spread)

pizza is the easiest thing to make, especially if you cheat like me and use premade goods from trader joe's. pick up the following ingredients and i promise you'll be making all sorts of yummy noises:

Trader Joe's Roasted Red Pepper Spread
1 1/2 - 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese (depending on how cheesy you prefer your pizza)
Trader Joe's pre-made white pizza dough
1 Roma tomato sliced in to super thin slices
1/4 cup feta cheese
1 egg, whisked
finely chopped Basil and sea salt to taste

pre-heat your oven to 450 degrees. follow the instructions on the pizza dough package, which are basically this: pull the dough out of the refrigerator, place on a floured surface, let sit for 20 minutes in room temperature, then roll out to desired consistency and place on a pizza pan. spoon a few heaping tablespoons of the red pepper spread over the pizza dough once it's rolled out and spread it around to the edges. sprinkle mozzarella generously over the spread and top with Roma slices. roll the edges over to form a crust and sprinkle feta, basil and some sea salt over the pizza. brush the edges lightly with the beaten egg and pop that sucker in the oven for about 10-15 minutes (depending on your oven), or until the edges have browned nicely.

give it a few minutes to cool before slicing and enjoy.
