I just got back to California from New York this week and I can seem to shake the jet lag!  
How do you get back to normal after travelling?

  1. It is very very hard. Jetlag is the worst thing ever! I take a nap as soon as I get to my destination a little power nap and some coffee to try to adjust to the time there. It usually works out if I didn't sleep too much on the plane!

  3. Nice photo. Take a nap no matter, you need to get some sleep, eat yummy food, take a bath and all will be alright.

  4. relax if you can't sleep, watch a nice film or read magazines,light stuff, take it easy, drink plenty of herbal teas (chamomile is the best one) eat easy to digest food...

  6. Valerian. Works like a charm. They sell it in the herbal supplement section at Whole Foods. Take two right before you want to go to sleep and you'll be good to go. :)
